I think he looked at the number and said where is my share. It is like when robber rob the bank and the manager keeps most of the money and tell police that all the money is gone, robber comes back and says to manager that this not the share which we got where is rest of the money.
Quran 16:90 Allah commands justice, the doing of good, and liberality to kith and kin, and He forbids all shameful deeds, and injustice and rebellion: He instructs you, that ye may receive admonition.
