Diet advice for health


 
Assalam-o-Alaikum
Some days ago i sent mail about the cholesterol and sugar levels.

Now some guidelines for the regular food.
1. No oil or Ghee to cook food. You can put a table spoon of Olive oil after you cook. (do not eat anything which is fried)
2. Less salt for the patient is less as you con do. Use lemon or Tomato instead for taste.
3. Milk should be without cream.
4. Walk 30 min at least every day. If you can get a heart monitor then walk as fast as you can get your heart beat to your comfort zone like 120 to 130.
5. Eat fish not fried though. The best way is get fish then put some salt and peper on it and then put in the frypan and may be little spry or drops of oil and put is on the fire for 10 to 20 min on low heat. cover the pan. You can bake the fish and ptato like this too and combine it for dinner.
6. Eat flaxi seed that is i think "til" it has lot of omega 3, Wall nut, Akhrot, This will increase your HDL which is fight against the bad chalestrol LDL.
7. No or Less caffeine and sugar. No smoking of course.
8. Eat vegetables and fruits.

Learn how our beloved Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him used to eat. Eat that. Bread with Olive oil or Vinigar (Sirka)
Also remember if you are sick and have pain then it is like  (autom) your sins fell from you as leaves fell from trees in fall. You must see this here in Chicago and if you do sabar and shukar then Allah will return your health and loss of wealth here or hear after.
